Come and join us for a tour of the vineyard here at Oaken Grove, followed by a winemaking tutorial looking specifically at the wonderful world of sparkling wine! We will then taste our way through all of the most famous sparkling wines of the world, including English sparkling, Champagne, Prosecco, Cava and Moscato d’Asti, and discuss the different climates and production methods in play. A really fun way to spend an afternoon at the vineyard and learn about the wonderful world of sparkling wine – all accompanied with cheese and charcuterie! (120 mins)
