Aroma profile: Bright Salmon pink in colour, with strawberry, raspberry and cranberry aromas, with a hint of orange peel and dough on the finish. A wonderful texture with a creamy mousse. This is English summer in a glass.

Try with:  Canapés or as an aperitif.  Alternatively, pair with summer fruit pudding.
